Users can obtain pValhalla by staking ODIN, unlocking opportunities to earn rewards and further interact with the advanced features of the Valhalla Deflationary Liquidity Network (DLN).

Key Functions of pValhalla

• Yield Generation: By staking ODIN, users convert their assets into pValhalla, which earns yield through volatility farming. This mechanism is driven by the dynamic activity within the Valhalla DLN, capitalizing on market movements to generate consistent rewards.

• Deflationary Turbocharger: A permanent position of 33,333,333 pValhalla is locked within the Valhalla DLN, continuously earning ODIN through volatility farming. This locked position cannot be withdrawn, effectively acting as a burn mechanism that amplifies the deflationary impact of the Eternal Layer.

Taxes and Wrap Fees

pValhalla has a 1% wrap and unwrap fee for converting between ODIN and pValhalla. Additionally, a 0.77% tax applies to all pValhalla transactions. These fees and taxes serve as a deflationary and yield-generating mechanism, benefiting the ecosystem in multiple ways:

• User Contributions: When users wrap or unwrap ODIN to and from pValhalla, they pay the 1% fee, contributing to the overall yield and deflationary mechanics.

• MEV Bot Activity: MEV (Miner Extractable Value) bots, which engage in arbitrage and trading opportunities within the Valhalla DLN, also pay the 0.77% tax when transacting with pValhalla. This ensures that all market participants, human or automated, contribute to the sustainability and growth of the ecosystem.

pOHM/pValhalla Liquidity Pool

pValhalla is also paired with pOHM in a permanently locked UniV2 liquidity pool, which serves as the 16th pool of the Valhalla DLN. This pool creates additional opportunities for arbitrage and yield, further enhancing the deflationary mechanics and value stability of the ecosystem.
